General Info

We ship orders of in-stock merchandise from Colorado within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We ship via United States Postal Service first-class mail, and you should receive your order in 7 to 10 days. We do not process orders or ship packages on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order and are concerned about when it will ship, please telephone Pretty Brainy at (720) 203-1749.

Online: Online you may pay for your Pretty Brainy purchase with Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. To order using a credit card, add items to your Shopping Cart, and when your shopping is complete, go to Checkout.

Your Security When Ordering Online: We are serious about the security of you personal information. For all online transactions, your session is secured through Secured Sockets Layer, or SSL. Personal information is held on secured servers behind beefy firewalls. For your additional protection, we do not save credit card information.

Mail Order: To exercise your prerogative of good old-fashioned mail order, download the Pretty Brainy Order Form available on this website. Directions for completion and mailing are on the form.

Checks & Money Orders: If you wish to pay by personal check or money order, please email us at ideas@prettybrainy.com or telephone us with the style, size, and color of the items you would like and tell us how you would like to pay. We will continue from there.

Pretty Brainy Policy on Returns & Exchanges

Pretty Brainy trusts that you will be happy with the merchandise you purchase; however, if for any reason you must return an item purchased, you must do so within 14 days of receipt for store credit. We provide credit only and do not refund purchases. There will be a restocking charge of 10 percent; however, you will receive free shipping on your exchanged merchandise.

Keeping everyone happy is important, and we ask that you follow these return procedures:

1. Call our office at (720) 203-1749 to notify us of the return.

2. Enclose the item in protective packaging and include a note telling us the reason for the return. When sending the return back to us, please use a carrier who can track and insure your package. Please keep in mind that Pretty Brainy, Inc., is not responsible for goods that are lost or stolen in transit. Should you have any questions, please email us at ideas@prettybrainy.com.

3. Detailed instructions for returning your goods also are included with your order. If you have misplaced your invoice, received the items as a gift, or do not have an invoice, please telephone us at (720) 203-1749 or email ideas@prettybrainy.com to process a return authorization. Please do not send items back without an invoice or return authorization.

4. All returned goods must be clean, unworn and unwashed. We make final decisions on returns once items are in our possession.
